Summary
I Tamed My Ex-Husband’s Mad Dog
Father, please allow me to end Micael Alanquez.” From the moment she had foreseen her death, Reinhardt continued to repeat her final wish. When she came to, she found herself at her father’s funeral 15 years ago. Back to when she had been divorced by the orchestrator of her father’s death, Micael Alanquez, the Crown Prince. Reinhardt stabbed Micael in the leg and was chased out to a faraway territory. During the grueling ordeal, she came upon an unexpected individual, and… The dirty, pitiful kid she picked up… …in a previous life, was not only a war hero, but the emperor’s illegitimate child — the “mad dog” that her ex-husband had tamed.

She spent 15 years stewing, praying to come back… only to stab him in the leg? Sounds like a stupid FL

agree lol

Don’t be too harsh on the FL, she didn’t have proper training, the person she stabbed was the crown prince so even stabbing him is a truly miracle tho, she could stab him in the heart or sm but the again, its the crown prince so she would get beheaded for treason

She can’t do anything… she’s not stupid

I mean, he’s a prince with money, status, and power. Not much could she do. It felt more like a rage moment, just wanted to hurt him anyway she could, killing him would be a bonus. Besides, if she killed him, she would been executed. But since she only jacked up his leg, she got to live. Actually kinda smart. Because even the king agreed she was right & his son is a useless dumpster fire. Best part is, it’s shown that the prince is mentally jacked up afterwards, so she actually scored. Mental trauma is a better punishment than death. Especially if it’s done to an egotistical narcissist by someone they look down on. Best takedown ever.

the age gap is a little…
:(
I was excited to read this but then I was disappointed with all the unnecessary sexual tension between that minor and female lead and her plan to basically use the minor as her tool.

to be fair that was all his own crush on an older woman, she didn’t even look at him THAT way. Now that they’re both adults’ current timeline, she’s just barely starting to notice him and blush……

The age gap is 8 years
They draw a 16 year old boy the same as a six year old (in a flash back) making it feel very groomer-esque. I hoped it was the poor translation and art depiction but it really isn’t.
She’s mentioned she thought of him as a little brother or a son.
This is not a light or fluffy romance this is more akin to a psychological horror.
This is DARK I cannot recommend to anyone unless these things don’t bother them. I personally don’t see this as a romance story. It’s all around a terrible tragedy.

its too complicated, why after all of that they cant have some peace in life? ;c

If I had to summarize this story this is how I’d describe it:
This story pulled us in and had us all cozy to then show us one of the most disturbing- and I mean capital DISTURBING- “loves” of all time!
Astheria
I agree, the love story is not creepy because of the age gap as some says (there is an explanation about it and its ok) but the relationship itself is trash and twisted (obsession, irrationality…). Not for you if you are looking for relaxation or even just a love story.

Eh. Why is Wilhelm’s brain so fast? He wanted another child just to meet with her? No, it’s not fast, it’s wicked.
