This man is the most revolting man I have ever seen, he loves her but does everything but comfort her then gets offended she’s not happy and how she isn’t eaten when he stated he wants her to suffer, the female lead is sheltered ofc she wasn’t aware of any of what her dad did, he used her innocence,, then got mad she said he didn’t love her past 3 years do not read it’s absolutely frustrating and annoying. Female lead is constantly harassed whenever she tries to leave her keeps her locked up, he is so bad to her tea makes her smile thats how little he has to do

So frustrating to read. I don’t care how bad the past of ML will be, I dispise him. There is no excuse for his behaviour. Sure, FL was naive and unaware of the things happening around her. But to make her live hell because of her background and his trauma, is diabolic. I hope FL will not end up with him. I’d rather she be alone.

okay so I’m going to be honest this story is beautiful it can be really difficult to read however since it’s a one-sided love story the FL was deeply in love with ML, but he was just using her at the time and a lot the arguments are about how upset he is that she isn’t showing that much interests in him anymore after she realized the truth its sad but frustrating but i understand it at the same time i don’t agree with how the ML is treating her but every feeling i felt while reading this was sadness and frustration with their whole relationship 🙂

Read it. Just read it. It’s so great I have got no words to describe, the author is a genius.
Digging in to the characters:
1) ML: An idiot. He just kept his expectations so high that when he got to know the reality he just couldn’t take it. Like duh what did you expect from a noble lady? He was stupid for that but then again he went through ALOT and believe me when I say alot.
2) FL: I love her. Period. I mean if I were in her place I wouldn’t have given a shit about the outside world either- or is it just because I am toxic? Anyways, yeah it wasn’t the best to be a total Disney character in the real world but still she grew up that way.
Highly recommend, I hope the ML gets an redemption arc.
