I didn’t dislike this comic overall. In fact the characters are mostly pretty well done. But eventually I did drop it just because I got a bit tired of the main character putting his desires ahead of the stated intentions of his supposed love interest. Persistence isn’t always cute and doesn’t always get the girl. Sometimes you need to have enough respect for the person you supposedly love to say, “ok, I will let them be and either move on or wait for them to approach me”. The idea that “I love this person, so I will not give up no matter what” is not healthy and not respectful to your love interest.
