I feel like in a contested situation for the throne, if the king directly leaves you words over who should be the next emperor, you should basically Sprint to all of the papers and let them know who is the next emperor as soon as possible. Unless you’re against the emperor?, his final word is the last imperial command, which means that you shouldn’t tell his wife first but should let all the citizens know first.
