Her drive to make the duke happy from the first timeline erases the desires of the current Duke. IMO it’s giving an I know what’s best for you attitude.

Still, I’m eager to see how this plays out. To say she’d die for him, I really want to know why she fell in love with him and see more of their past — moments where she isn’t just sidelined, going through something, hated, or misunderstood.
