they are called red spider lily, but also know as corpse flower

they are called red spider lilies, and they mostly symbolize. death or like in this panel someone with a murderous aura.

Those are spider lilies (also called lycoris). They show up in other stuff too, like in the Black Butler musical “Lycoris That Blazes the Earth” where they are a symbol for Madame Red.
