I don’t feel bad for him bc as far as we’ve seen there was no reason for him to treat her that way. There was no reason to harbor any resentment, he just didn’t like her so he ignored her. And it seems like he didn’t like her bc she was “too clingy”. He can shove off
I don’t feel bad for him at all because it took him 10 full years and Neveah leaving for him to go “wait a moment, maybe I do feel something, maybe I should apologise and try to get ger back because now I do love her.” Too little too late. Yes he was ignorant but we can’t ignore the way he treated her during their marriage, like a bug he wanted to get rid of. The whole time he didn’t even want the marriage until the marriage was over and he realized she stopped wanting him 😮💨.
