Honestly the OG novel storyline of these isekai mangas are always ridiculous. You fall in love with someone and marry them just cos they healed you? I mean it’s good he was thankful to the OG fl for giving him his sight back but I don’t think in the OG novel he really loved the OG fl, he just mistook the fact that he was thankful to her for giving him his sight back and back and decided to marry her cos he thought that was the only way to repay her. And of course the isekaied fl wouldn’t think about this and keep trying to bring them together not knowing the one he truly loves is her.🤦

I’m completely agreeing with you. That’s some dumb logic to fell in love with the girl who saved them and then mc came in picture. Magically ml fell in love with mc because either she’s different from the other people or she’s intriguing.
