He probably thought it was weird but they put a really good act in front of everyone, as far as anyone is concerned she is the county’s beloved child and the knight commander adorable sister who loved sheltered and protected, if he took her after investigation and didn’t realise she was abused and imprisoned means the count put effort into hiding it so it’d just sound weird but not suspicious that she gets nervous when talking about her family
