I ugly cried when Dia rejected the offer. I know it’s the best for the both of them but it still hurts so much. She was an orphan for both of her 2 lives and she never had a real family to depend on. She knows this will be a fake family / growing with guardians so I hope both the Duchess and Count will act as a proper parent for her in the coming chapters 🥹 I’m happy that they still accepted her as one of them and that her reason was not to lose herself. I just hope that she doesn’t live for just pure revenge tho 🥺
