I knew it they’re out to steal the imperial family’s place- if I’m wrong forgive me but frankly I find all this a little too much coincidence and him more suspicious than the aunt. I think the aunt is just severely misunderstood, they haven’t shown her do any of the things she’d been accused off, just them talking about her but the king loses his powers and ability to make it ran and they just happen to show up with the same solution, plus their house wanting to be of the same status with the whole 2cm thing lol, and how obsessive or snake like he’s known to be able to be from the novel. I just see way more hidden potential with him turning out to be the bad guy than the seemingly obvious aunt.

I agree. So far the aunt has just acted like the ml. Cold and blunt. Easily misunderstood. Like fl said the aunt had years to get rid of ml in the mage tower but didnt. Duke’s family is neutral yet shows off as much they can but just enough to avoid lese-majesty. He also met current ml but did not show as much interest as he described he had talking to fl. He has more sus points than aunt so far
