A couple things. 1. She’s a terrible detective.
2. Both men like her outside her looks (personality and abilities). But neither really understands what she really wants (not to be with either and runaway).
And idk which is better. The Duke wants to preserve her quality of life by any means by lying to her and being fake. Alternatively, the prince is an asshole but wants to be by her side to help reach her desires. he’s very forefront about who he is with her.
I know which is the ML but idk the prince seems marginally better?

I mean i kinda like the CP. Albeit loving FL to bits, the ML is not only a murderer, but a stupid murder. He’s clearly leaving all these trails and all the blame is falling on the FL. I mean… Does he not see it? All her problems exist basically because the ML is throwing a tantrum.

The CP may be smarter and I do like him a bit better than the actual ML right now… But I’d also say he’s very self-absorbed. He thinks he knows the FL so good like he knows what she wants and he’s willing to help (I guess that’s a plus?). He at least waited for the FL to ask for help (Even though it won’t be for free) instead of a certain someone who shoved his “help” on her face.

Both Him and ML kind of suck because they have made their own narrative about her. This dude thinks she has some grand ambition and the other thinks she too nice and frail to defend herself so he goes on a whole murder spree. What honestly bothers me is that she is smart enough to know the killer’s plan and motives but not enough to put two and two together that it’s her fiancée. girl, come on now. Two people have already said this man is suspicious and you have some evidence that he maybe involved and you’re like nah that’s boo thing right there he wouldn’t hurt a fly.

I just… It was crown prince’s fault from the start that made FL distanced herself from him. So yeah, even though he kind of like her, he cld not blame her for being cold to him. Like other user said, he’s self-absorbed. I’ve said it before and thank good there’s other that echoed the same thing which is the ML is stupid for his actions.
