It’s funny how people are calling the FL dumb. Before the brother’s betrayal as shown, was her hometown not already under oppression by the ML’s force? That was why she sacrificed herself right? To for an alliance and put an end to the oppression. That was what she knew even before her brother had her killed in hopes of continuing the war and overpowering the ML.
She isn’t dumb or stupid by not putting all her hopes on someone she knew as an aggressor even because marrying him and being betrayed.
