Of course she’s confused! She thought he was going to be annulling the engagement between the two of them and then suddenly he’s yelling about how she should be princess and that she earned her role?? I’d be confused too. Like the communication was not there. If she was in danger she should have had every right to know why she was being kicked from the library and pushed away from everyone and then finding her fiancé with another woman.
