Princess thinks Duke hates his fiancé… ain’t true, but I can also sorta see her deluded view.
Most the ones close to them are hella surprised whenever the Duke is doing things for Evangeline’s sake so it’s clearly not a habit/pattern he’s been indulging.
Blondie is definitely second potential love interest.
I’m glad they can at least manage *some* connection and that the Duke can ease her somewhat. Doesn’t change though that there needs to be proper communication between them.
