Wow I can’t believe he actually apologized to his wife for the crappy way he treated her, and all their idiot son had to do was fake an affair. And of course that same son is throwing himself yet another pity party expecting sympathy from his own self imposed misery. Shouldn’t have tricked and trapped a woman into marrying you, how’d you THINK it would end? It was a contract marriage to begin with so it was going to end eventually, his mistake was thinking he could sweet talk her into staying, even after acknowledging how spineless he is. He never vowed to change or become better, he wanted her to just settle so he didn’t have to, that’s why he “loved” her so much, he said so himself.
