It’s interesting how this situation appears to someone who knows nothing of the “plot” like Mariette has very clear opinion on things but anyone would react like Annette because she just living her life

The story is good and all,I don’t really like how blunt Marriette is,and the methods she is using to get her sister a lover,she is putting pressure on Annette just bc she likes romance,but she is pushing it on Annette and that’s frustrating,I don’t hate her,but her action and the response isn’t very realistic,if someone were to act like this they would have been discarded,she is too blunt to live in the society,especially bc she is noble.
