I blame the adults in this situation. You can tell she’s widely uncomfortable with the prince. And even the knights, if her health condition is so widespread and he’s telling you she faints from walking then you should’ve told him she’s being well taken care of by the best people and maybe you should have this conversation with your mom or better yet her guardian – or even better Herself! And maybe telling him random stuff that would apply to an already healthy person isnt the best advice to apply to an obviously dying child. Before you give an obviously oversimpliying child advice to just do it when it concerns a ducal princess, maybe ask more questions instead of giving a random answer. And you’d think someone would’ve pointed him to consult his own palace doctor if he’s that concerned
