I mean honestly, the only reason they’re hiding the guy in the hood’s Identity is because either somebody we haven’t met yet or he’s somebody that we have already met. Assuming he’s somebody we’ve already met, I actually think that he is the leader of the other intelligence guild (which technically would also make him the leader of both intelligence guilds that we’ve been exposed to). I honestly kind of hope that’s the situation because that makes for a very interesting storyline as opposed to some random person we haven’t yet met.
