Great, the witches be inventing the black plague over there, although I kinda get why now, if your entire species got destroyed by someone you helped I would be seeking revenge too, even if it’s 500 years later and no longer relevant

Okay, so here’s my theory:
Anita, the witch, is the same one that existed during the first emperor’s time and since she is a witch and all, she survived all this time and now she wants revenge on the imperial family.
The reason she controlling the servents in the palace and not the imperial family directly is probably because she need to say their full name in order to control them, and since all the imperial family’s names are like “Regina B. Alphere”(it was probably a precaution taken by the first emperor) she can’t.
This is just my theory and I don’t know if it actually has any relation with the other chapters.
