So in this chapter:
The bullies are more worried about restaurant staff than a man in some kind military looking uniform.
The duke left FL alone at the restaurant for literal hours (it went from bright day to night in the time her was gone).
New guy is weirdly handsy, touching FL hands and face repeatedly the first time they’ve met. He also suggests the duke is an abuser because FL is anxious that he left and hasn’t been back for hours. Lastly, he suggests they know must be childhood friends because someone once told her she looks good smiling before? This dude is either a very aggressive 2nd ML, or a villain.
