Hmmm it’s more like as it was told by the hooded lady that OG Raeliana’s soul will go to Beatrice body to escape the true fate of OG Raeliana (you know, death by Mr. F. Brooks) and live the life of what Beatrice was supposed to have with Noah just like in the novel.
But our Raeliana is smart and knows the novel so it had big changes. And I think our Raeliana wouldn’t have gone to Beatrice’s body if MC didn’t died in her own world.
Overall, I think this was a set-up or a playwright by some believer of the goddess 🤔
