For those who confused about the “found you” part, If you remember in the finale (main finale, not side story finale) Goddess gave Noah a book. And in many episodes before, there are expalanation about Goddess treat human soul like a book, giving every person role for every live until their soul perish. The book that Goddess gave to Noah, actually the book that contain map/story of Raeliana (or Park Eunha to be exact) soul in her next lives. So, in this episode’s last panel shows that Noah found Raeliana in their next lives.
Why Noah had the same look but Raeliana doesn’t, maybe because the soul in Raeliana are replacement for the original Raeliana, so her look is same as Park Eunha, and not Raeliana. As for Noah, because his soul didn’t have any problem before and Noah had his original soul, his looks is same as before.
And I don’t think Park Eunha come back to her past live. She just living her next live that accidentally in modern age, same as Park Eunha’s past lives.
