   Is noel mute or just doing so that the maids don’t intercept? Because she was talking with her mouth closed + the bubble had a whisper mode beside that she was using hands signs but the last panels she was talking? Like girlll? Explain, consistency guyyyss

      Her bubbles are always like a whisper at first I thought it was because she was whispering to comfort riri and didn’t want anyone to hear but literally it doesn’t make any sense at this point.
