no it’s actually much damaging to have a child being a vegetarian other than an adult being a vegetarian while they’re already grown. a child who doesn’t get the balance they need to grow will be much slower in progress of growing than others. it’s better to be a vegetarian as a adult when they’ve already gotten their nutrition needs.
