Because her son is illegitimate. If it wasn’t for the death of the FL mother, and the dethronement, her son would’ve never had a right to rule or been the heir. Also, she knows her son is obsessed with his half sister. It’s very obvious she knows and everytime she’s reminded of that when he is overly nice to his sister it sends off to a full on crash out
