Imma be honest: based on chapter 0, it seems like the duke really loved his wife and when she died, he went bonkers and probably went after the saintness for either causing the wife’s death or not healing the wife of her illness. And then after that, when he died, his love that he speaks is not the saintness but the deceased wife 🤔

It looks like her husband loves her instead of Aria. Maybe he got angry with Aria when she was unable to heal his wife? I hope Benjamin makes an effort to get closer to her so she won’t overthink too much..

Yeah, I’m assuming that, in the original story, Benjamin got close to Aria for his wife’s sake, and that Grace either died because Aria refused to help, or someone (maybe even Aria herself) killed her to break Benjamin. I honestly think that his love declaration as he died was directed at Grace, and not Aria.
Also, Grace is just me with red hair and a little more blue to her eyes, so the disparaging remarks about her appearance hit a little too close to home. Please, don’t have her slim down like all of the other chubby female leads we’ve had. She’s truly perfect as she is. You can have her improve her strength and stamina, but I don’t want her to slim down just to be considered “pretty”.
