I need more to understand what’s happening. The last two chapter were hard to follow because of the translation, but I’m happy this story is being update. It’s really a great story besides it obviously predicted start. I hope the viscountess is really pregnant and remains with the gran duke. I don’t like the second female lead Lysia something, she is all about herself “I should have done better” blá-blá-blá bllshit. Plus, I didn’t get what she was doing in the room with Tia. I got second thoughts on that and I’m doubting Lysia intentions. It shouldn’t have two saints, very strange.

I’ll wait for the next update. Good job team

What a good man, I hope she can give the birth
Coco
What a good man, and I wish the female lead will give the birth, too. The baby might be very cute.

Thankfully I found this story again! I was reading this last year until the early months this year but I got irritated by her behavior towards Cedric that’s why I stoped reading it (but I know that this is indeed a great story)
But thankfully I found it again ( I started reading it again but I thought that it is somehow similar to one story I used to read) and since I already forgot the title and the cover changed (I just remembered it when both of them went to the North.)

The last chapter the dialogue is blurred so that it can’t be read. Pls fix.

I though “it’s a bit too much” when the main character became a saint. Up to this point the story felt perfectly balanced. This felt a bit ‘Mary Sueish’, so to speak. But is not such a big deal.
That war in the north, with the four-arms people is keeping my curiosity up, even when the pace slows down and the complexity of those chapters in the capital leaves me confuse. There are mentions of giants in the south now. Maybe they will not be as important as the non-humans in the far north for the story, but I am curious to know more about then as well.
Perhaps the main character will “turn evil” gradually, to fulfil the promise in the title? Is hard to imagine how, by this point. She is way too likeable. If they manage to do such a transformation in a plausible way, will be a real achievement.

Oh this manhwa is GOOD good. That unthinkable treason scene on the male lead’s castle and the punishment he gave to his loyal subjects because of that one foolish girl still gave the chills. It’s the closest to how historical penalty would proceed to such crime. I recommend this 👍
