I hoped there would be character development or premise exploration or something where a villainess brat of a protagonist grows or faces consequences. But there doesn’t seem to be any. Seeing a brat squander her second chance by devoting herself to revenge and only getting pleasure from misery instead of living and things go well is a bit too hard to cheer for… Webtoons sometimes have a chance of character development and exploration. Anyone, is there character development, consequences, growth or is it just going to be about jerk protag vs jerk sister the whole time with no development? xD.
And this spineless character who can’t choose on a time loop..
Anyway… I’ll give it a few more chapters, but if anyone’s continued on and liked it I’d like to know if there is any character development.

I feel like this is stepping more out of the box, in most reincarnation web novels I’ve read they seem to follow the same path but the
Razzledazzle
Protagonist here seems to not only follow the same path but to actually embrace it. Her main goal since the beginning was to be more of a villain than her sister to ensure that she has a good life. There has never been a different goal than that, and understandably so. It’s less bratty and more sneaky, and as I said before, it’s like a refreshing addition to the genre. She doesn’t want to be better, or nicer, or even gain favor, she just wants to live and cause pain to her ‘tormentor’

But villains are not brats. Villains become villains because they have their reasons, some of them become villains because to them it is fun but it doesn’t make all of them brats. Even if they became villains for fun, they are not brats. Can you call a prankster a villain? I don’t know about you but personally, I think that villains has their reasons for being a villain. Even if they don’t have one, they are not a brat.

It does what it says on the tin tho. The premise of it literally explains Mielle is not what she seems to be – and Aria is also not what she seems to be. She wasn’t a villain the first time, at least not in a way that mattered. This time she can get her revenge AND live a good life alongside it.

To the author, no matter how many people say that the protagonist has a bad personality, it is very accurate, a person can’t be changed overnight. The complexity u have added to the character is what lacks in most manhwas and I love it

Seriously I like the crown prince more than this timid guy Oscar1
