I like that the mom is thinking of safety and survival and of bugging out AND taking her daughter with her. So many novel/manhwa/whatever have shitty parents that abandoned their kids.
This mom is a social climber but one who thinks in a team form. Its hard to live i. That society, she wants safety, food, money for herself but also for her daughter.
