Honestly I’m not excited about this one. I mean I used to like it before but I’ve seen so many of these typical stories about a tragic and meek fl getting reborn to a villainous dad and automatically attracting love from every. I’m not saying it’s bad for the fl to receive love given the past life she went through but, at point it’s kinda cheesy and unrealistic how the man who’s supposed to be the most evil person in the empire suddenly has his stone heart melted by a girl he hasn’t even known for long. I don’t know cos there are lot of mangas that use this same trope but make it a lot more interesting by adding unique characters which people in the real world can actually relate to. For example mangas like I became the male leads adopted daughter, toymaker Tria’s tyrant problem and I’m being raised by villains. I like how the fl’s in those mangas are strong minded and tough even though they also had rough and traumatic childhoods. I also like the fact that they’re actually like they’re villainous parents and aren’t overly meek and naive. They act like ACTUAL adults. I’m not saying I don’t like the fl in this manga but seriously this whole overly cute and innocent fl melting peoples hearts is getting tiring.
