I have read the novel and when the King finds out that the Queen is his childhood friend that saved him, (Queen will tell everything to the magician, and the magician will tell everything to the King, including the Queen’s real name and Identity) he was so shocked to the point where he cannot get is act together, his full of regrets and has a strong desire to see the Queen again and to make amends. Then he runs to the Deluah Tower to save the Queen from the Duke’s hands only to find out that the Queen is losing her life because the Duke stabs her, the King gone half insane and thinks that if the Queen will die, he might as well die too, also, he will find out how much the Queen had suffered, but don’t worry, they will both survive, but it’s a bittersweet chapters ahead, prepare your heart.

THANK GOODNESS!!!IT WAS SO FRUSTRATING !!! as a reader, reading knowing the truth from the beginning and have her in these crappy situations made me so angry, sad, frustrated to the point where I was determined not to read on numerous occasions but, I kept coming back LOL. BECAUSE i was waiting to see some hope at the end of the tunnel from this draining cycle our female lead has been in all her life. and now after so long, I’m hopeful for her. I am happy she now has someone who understands, someone who might help her. and the one thought I find so prominent, from beginning to end is i wish Karloi wasn’t the male lead. i know he is hurt and he’s lost the lot but, yvonne deserves so much more. they both do but, i seriously dont think they’re good for each other. sometimes that’s okay too
