The art is cute but the twins are too caught up with their present lives. I think their brains regressed in their 5 year old bodies as they act like 5 year olds. That beats the point of isekai if they will forget their old life and just act like the characters they look like.

I read somewhere that at the time of release every single comic was isakai so the author (Someone said it was the publisher?) kind of shoe horned it in so they could add it to tags
