My guess is that he knew that if she had the child there would be a chance she would die and he didn’t want that cs he loved her but even tho she knew she still decided to have the child probably why he despised anty in the past and hated(?) her mom because she chose the child over him that’s my guess

I think all you said is correct, but I believe he did not hate Diana, he just hated the fact that she chose to have the child over herself, even if it meant dying and leaving him behind

Omo, so Lucas acted affected so he can stay longer? Haha. So now we know, Diana chose to give birth to Athy regardless of dying while Claude opposed it coz he can’t stand loosing her. So that is why he is hostile with the cute little daughter. Oh pls heal their hearts and let Claude love her daughter for Diana’s sake.

Now we know why Claude was neglecting Athy.
He loved Diana endlessly. Even when knowing abt her bad health condition she chose to give birth to Athy over his words.
Maybe he was upset abt that. Also the reason he wanted to kill Athy maybe was bcoz she reminded him of Diana and her death.
But your negligence was never the solution.
