Just as I thought, Jeanette is sooooo dumb. She tells every single details to the stranger she just met and didn’t even know his name (lol) more than telling Athy who she treats as her “friend” and “little sister”. Then again he is her dad so…smh
Also I think Jeanette’s dark magic is nullifying Claude’s curse that’s why he’ll keep on seeking for her presence again until he depends on her more which was probably his brother’s main goal from the start.
