Normally, when a guy hears he impregnated a random chick on a one-night-stand, they deny it. This one took responsibility and married her for the sake of the child. He even decided to turn over a new leaf and burned the purple rose garden for the remaining lingering love he had for the blondie in respect the new wife.
Aside from the few misunderstanding of trying to console a miscarried wife by bringing his friend’s children, he’s a descent guy. He’ll probably improve being a better husband to Merhen as the chapters go on.

First, yes, he was locked up as a child but the age when he was rescued to his current age, he should know at least how to comfort someone crying. Like what his friends did to him. Reach a hand out. Common sense. Even just staying there and embracing her wouldve been good. He did try something but it wasnt the right answer then he basically gave up. Dk if he tried anything else after that so far.
I dont like or dislike him. I think him taking responsibility for impregnating her is bare minimum. It takes two to tango. No blaming. They both did it and grieved in their own way. But his method and lack communication just messed everything up and he’s not giving enough effort to change that. The effort he showed so far is for himself. He even admitted it. Tho its great that he took the kids in, he gotta give more effort since theyll be working together for the kids.

Ok all of you might disagree with me but Ainz didn’t understand what to do. He was raised in a horrible household. Made a mistake and had to live with it. It’s both of the characters fault because well why would you accept smashing someone who called you something else and secondly he should have talked to her about the children and paid more attention to her.

I feel bad for the guy. Im not saying he is faultless but its clear all his faults stem from his own childhood. Abused and neglected means his emotions are tempered. He never expected anything because disappointment, sadness, and pain would follow. Only two people ever ment anything to him after they saved him. After that, he felt abandoned again since he could be happy with them. He is bad at doing the right thing but its not like he ignored his wife. He just didnt know what to do. He though about it which is more than a passing stranger would do.
